Carved & Painted Wooden Giraffe Bowl

Hand carved and painted African Giraffe Bowl. A motif of dark uniform paint is used and is of a traditional style that depicts its heritage well.

The carving is set into a single block of wood combing a contemporary style bowl, which harbors a long neck broad eared giraffe upon its edge that reaches inward as if to drink. The bowl and 4 legs of the giraffe act as its base to give a unique and overall appealing look.

Wood is of medium weight and comparable to teak, on its underside is initialed 'BM'.
