Product Description
A pair of Cast Iron Horse Head Bookends, which would do equally well holding doors ajar while off-loading groceries, to being tabletop art sculptures.
The sculpted Horse Heads are painted to a coal iron black and without markings. Both bottom bases had a light green felt, though poorly added and now mostly removed. See Condition below.

Product Quantity: Only 1 set in stock. Set includes 2 Horse Head Bookends.
Condition: Very good, without rust or corrosion and similar to when sold new yet of vintage as described. They have been given a coating of a museum sold grade wax, similar to Renaissance Wax and wiped. It ensures integrity and stability to the Iron metal prior to sale. The bottom bases too have been given to a new black felt pad. This replaces the scantly formed green tacked on fibers that originally were sold with the bookends.
