Miniature Tricycles of Metal & Wood
Product Description
An endearing look back on a time refreshed. When days lingered in air filled with life and the unexplored traveled upon, accompanied by sounds called out by that first bike ride … once upon a child's memory.
From the 1970s-‘80s era are these 2 solid built to last Miniature Tricycles, made of metal and wood. No two are the same and were created with a rustic (imperfect) art style of a yester year long past.
The largest of the pair is stout and true to a Metal Smith’s tolerance to realism. Turning points almost seem set with bearings, but unknown. It’s equipped with a load absorbing metal spring on its front steering wheel fork, allowing for a small light weight item, pet or plant? As most parts the wheels are of a heavier iron then commonly found on similar crafted bikes. Back of this tricycle also is set with 3 hooks on its axle support to the rear wheels, possibly for a wagon to be attached?
No wagon included and it’s assumed able to hold up to the weight of a small pet/plant, but untested and not advised, next owner’s discretion.

Additional Offer
Included in sale is a 4 wheeled heavy gauge metal Carriage Frame. This possibly could be used in building an add-on to the larger tricycle**. It is made in China (decorative use only) and has spring loaded axles for isolating/ spacing of the moveable wheels to frame. The carriage design itself too acts as a shock, dampening an object if placed on top of it. This is only offered, and can be removed from purchase of the 2 Trikes in Sale by use of the ‘Contact Us’ in the Store’s front page, upper header. “Decline offer for #4119-2.” This is all that’s needed to remove it from shipping with the 2 tricycles. Please see “About Us,” ‘Shipping.’
Wheels will be separated from Carriage when shipped to reduce transporting costs.

**Metal wheeled Carriage Frame suggestion, in setting ability for use with the Tricycle:
18" x 1/8" x 0.5" flat iron bar - Cut and Bend to form, drilled and bolted by 2 bolt & nut retainers into pre-set holes found on top of the carriage and then welded (or clamped) to the 'following iron rod’ set perpendicular to it.
3/16" x 6.0" iron rod, for setting into tricycle back hooks.
Plus what added ideas come to mind.
